ScholarHub is a comprehensive Django-based web application designed to streamline the
scholarship application and management process. The platform facilitates interactions between
students, scholarship providers (organizations and institutions), and government entities (central and
state governments) through a structured approval workflow.

User Management: Custom user model with OTP-based registration and verification, supporting
students and providers
Scholarship Creation: Providers can create scholarships with eligibility criteria (education level,
caste, disability, CGPA)
Application System: Students submit detailed applications including academic records, financial
information, essays, and supporting documents
Multi-Level Approval: Three-tier approval process (college/provider level, state level, central level)
Payment Integration: Razorpay integration for application fees
Admin Dashboard: Comprehensive admin interface for managing providers, scholarships, and
