Water Management System Project

The Water Management System is designed to simplify the process of ordering and managing water supply services through a centralized web platform. Traditional water delivery management often depends on manual records, phone-based requests, and offline payment tracking, which can lead to delays, data loss, and poor transparency. This system provides a digital solution where users can register, maintain their profile, browse available water products, place regular or quick orders, complete online payments through Razorpay, and view order and billing history. The application includes an administrator dashboard for monitoring customers, products, orders, quick orders, delivery statuses, and payment details. Admin users can add, update, and delete products, approve or update order statuses, and view total payment collections. Customers can manage their account details, order products, make payments, track order status, and reset their password using OTP verification. By combining customer management, order processing, online payment, and billing in one system, the project improves accuracy, convenience, and efficiency in water delivery operations.
