Allows patients to register, update their profile, book appointments, view prescriptions, track ambulance bookings, submit feedback, and raise complaints.
Hospital Module
Enables hospitals to register, manage profiles, add doctors, manage departments, view appointments, manage ambulances, and handle patient feedback.
Doctor Module
Allows doctors to manage their profile, availability, appointments, prescriptions, referrals, and communication with hospitals.
Appointment Module
Supports booking appointments with doctors, selecting consultation type, updating appointment status, and maintaining appointment history.
Prescription and Medical Record Module
Enables doctors to add prescriptions and medical records, while patients can view current and past prescriptions.
Ambulance Module
Allows patients to book ambulances, track booking status, and confirm completion. Hospitals can add, edit, delete, and manage ambulance availability
Billing Module
Manages appointment fee details, payment status, payment method, reference ID, and billing records.
Feedback and Complaint Module
Allows patients to submit hospital feedback and complaints. Admins can view complaints and mark them as resolved.
Admin Module
Provides centralized control to manage users, doctors, patients, appointments, payments, ambulances, feedback, complaints, prescriptions, medical records, referrals, and resource requests.
Collaboration Module
Supports hospital affiliation requests, resource sharing, doctor referrals, doctor-hospital messaging, and research collaboration between hospitals.
