The Smart Housemaid Service Management System is designed to automate and streamline household service management. Traditional methods of finding and hiring domestic workers are often time-consuming and lack proper verification. This system provides a centralized platform where residents can register, browse service categories, hire verified housemaids, and manage bookings online.

The application includes role-based authentication for residents, flat residents, housemaids, and administrators. Housemaids can register and offer services, while administrators verify and approve registrations before allowing them to work. Flat resident bookings require caretaker approval through an email-based workflow. The system also includes payment processing, notifications, profile management, and contact management features.

The primary objective of the project is to improve convenience, transparency, security, and efficiency in managing domestic service bookings.The platform ensures transparency by allowing residents to view available housemaids, make bookings, track service status, and complete payments online. Administrators can monitor users, approve housemaid registrations, manage services, and oversee all bookings.
