FaceTrack – Facial Recognition Attendance Management System Project

FaceTrack is an AI-driven Attendance Management System designed to eliminate manual attendance processes through automated facial recognition technology. The system captures student facial images, extracts facial embeddings using FaceNet and MTCNN, and recognizes students in real time using Computer Vision techniques. Once identified, attendance is automatically recorded for scheduled academic sessions and subjects. The system maintains daily and session-wise attendance records, generates detailed attendance reports, supports Excel exports, and provides timetable management functionalities. Additionally, FaceTrack enhances communication by automatically notifying parents when students are absent. The platform also includes complaint management and faculty authentication through facial recognition, making it a comprehensive educational attendance solution.
